Just got word a good friend Duane Helman passed away yesterday. Don't know any more at this time. Will get copy of his obituary from 2 of my tractor clubs as soon as it is avaible. Duane was probably the most informed person on the early Fordsons as any body. He was the tecnial person for the N club news letter and owned X9 expermintal plus dozens of other Fordsons, some kept in climet controled buildings. Think he had one of every year made in there. He had at least 50 tractors setting outside in various conditions and his barn was filed with tractor parts. He had planed to host club meetings both this year and last year but had to cancle do to health.
