Super Major 5000 paint color

My friend Mac just bought a Super Major 5000. He is trying to find out if the blue and gray is the same color as the colors used on the tractors manufactured in the U.S. during the '60's. Thanks for helping us find the correct colors for his tractor.

The last of the Super Majors were called Super Major 5000, as were the first of the 5000 Series. If I remember correctly, they used the same
colors; those of the later 5000s.

Not a brilliant picture but may give you the idea. Unlike the European tractors they were Ford Grey tin work and Empire Blue castings.

I always thought they looked better in those colours.

Was the gray the one used on 801 or the one used on 3000?

Some early '60's USA made Ford's may of shared the same colors. Wonder if the 6000's did? Think the gray is more of a cream color.
