So the posters on the Ford site say this would be a Fordson. Anybody here have an ideas on this being conversion kit? Honestly, not sure what to do with it besides send it to the scrap yard if its just useless and not really a cool piece of history and every Tractor enthusiast has one in their backyard. Bit at a loss here. Just best to junk it?

I was looking at (Ford A Tractor) , might convert a model A to wheel tractor . I dont think its a prior to Fordson model F that would
D prior to 1917 .
Also looks like a smaller axle bore ,just guessing ,have to measure it.

Also you might have (Minneapolis) an early wheel off a tractor that was call Ford Tractor Company that had the Ford tractor name . Prior to Henry putting out tractors ,thats why his early tractors were Fordsons . I dont know that for sure but as far as I know that company was in Minneapolis.
I have never seen one of those tractors ,ever .
Interesting

Ford Tractor Company only built one model as far as I know and none of the three wheels match the picture.

This one is a Ford Model A converted to a tractor.

I believe Henry Ford's early production tractors were Fordsons because of disagreements with other board members so he set up a separate company to build them.

This is an early prototype Henry Ford tractor. If it is from one of these you really need to find the rest of the tractor to fund your early retirement.

It is an interesting read, the history of the Ford tractor company, it seems scams are not a modern invention.

I think you have a very interesting and rare piece of tractor history there. The failure of the Ford tractor caused the setting up of the Nebraska Tractor Trials
