They will ask what Im going ask .
Pto ,is it constantly running ,or does have lever to engage or disengage.
Pto have a paper pulley or a valcanized rubber friction surface ..any chunks missing out of paper surface ,might be in need of replacement.
Your the first person I hard of with the rim extensions so Im also not sure about them either.
