OK Guys need some help. I installed all new sleeves and orings , sleeve protrusion at 0.003. Installed head with new coolant rubber gromett and new composite type head gasket plugged off all coolant orifices. I installed pressure gauge and screw in tire valve. I dumped in about a gallon of water and charged coolant system with about 13 psi air pressure. as you might be able to see from pictures i have leakage externally mostly at front above water pump , and all along under intake and exhaust openings. I only conducted this test because I was worried about top liner seals when i installed sleeves they all shoved in by hand with lube , they are just so small i didn't trust them. I guess my question is do you think this is sign of sleeve seal leak, is head gasket the culprit. takes about 3 hours for pressure gauge to move from 13 psi to 10 psi. I torqued head bolts in correct order up to 90 ft lbs. Valve job professionally done and head skimmed. Absolutely no water leaking into cylinders or internally I left oil pan off for this test. I used soap and water mix to create bubbles to see this leakage. Thank you for your help.
