I can't find a number for the points on my '52 kerosene/gasoline Major. It's been converted to only gasoline.
Would appreciate the correct part Number!
Thanks!

GOOGLE these numbers, anything look like what you need?

Be a bit careful as there were different distributers used on these
tractors. My tractor has a cap number 418659 and, so far, after searching
for at least 10 years, none of my contacts have been able to find a
replacement. If we can find one I have a market for at least 10 for the
English and Australian Fordson Clubs. The Sparex one quoted is not the
same as mine or my friends tractors.

Points are not too bad although, so far, mine have lasted since 1975.
Think the Sparex numbers look like the ones you need.

There is a plate on the distributer with all the details onit which will
help with your search.
In the parts list they list three different points sets:
EOTTA 12199A from 1952 to 1953
EOTTA 12199B from 1953 to March 1957
EOTA 12199C from 1957 to end of production in 1964 (Petrol only tractors).
