Front wheel bearings and curious castle nut

New brgs new spindles
Castle nut does NOT screw on enough to use
Cotter pin, ...both sides.

SOOOOOO,. I am clamping castle nut only
until the bearings wear??????

Is that how it is designed?

ooh my, u have something going on there. could be wrong nuts. shave them down! bearing will never wear that much!

Think I would return the spindles to the supplier, probably made in the land of Nearly Right.

Check dimensions to see if they match your old Units.
