This first picture was taken the day I bought the tractor almost 5 years ago. It had been used for many years for snow removal at a auto repair shop.

Before I pulled it my garage last fall to start working on her.

I picked up a better hood, nose and fenders. I cut patches out of the old fenders and fit them in to better ones and had new fender supports made.

Replaced front and rear oil seals and sent front axle and support crossmember out for machining and new bushings. This tractor did have a loader on it at one time, plenty of wear there.

The the clutch was on it's last legs so went with new.

The machine shop did a beautiful job on the bushings.

I was only going to post a couple of pictures and got a little carried away.

Thanks for the compliments guys!

Brian, send her over as long as you have patience, lots of patience lol.

FM51, I purchased the the clutch from Agriline in the UK. They had the lowest price for purchase and for shipping to Canada that I could find. Only have moved the tractor in and out of my garage a few times and clutch seems to work fine, will shift fine with the PTO engaged with the clutch pedal against the stop pin and the PTO stops (like it should) with pin removed and pedal down all the way. When you would engage the old clutch with tractor in gear there was drivetrain vibration, that is gone now. I believe these new clutches are made in Holland. Jeff

Is that a two stage clutch? Sure doesn't look like the aluminum ones I worked on in the late 60s and early 70s. If it is, I'm sure it's an
improvement.

Yes SkipperII, it's a live PTO clutch. Glad I replaced it after reading Majorman's post. Tractor has 7000 hrs on the meter. Jeff

Did a couple of hours of bush hog'n and was very pleased how the new clutched worked and that the next day there was not a drip fluid anywhere under the tractor.

I picked this blower up at a local auction. Wasn't really looking for one but put a low max bid on it and won.

Also got a good deal on this 258 rake from the same auction.
