Fordson fenders and wheels

Hello there,
I just registered and also just bought a Fordson for yard Art. I went looking for a tractor and this Fordson came up on CL. Since, Ive always been a bit of Ford guy already, like my dad, I decided that this was meant to be. I was also looking for a tractor with Steel wheels. When I went to pick the tractor up, I was elated to discover it came with a complete set! I have swapped out the rubber tire rims for the steel ones and have it parked prominently displayed where I can see it out my living room. It is complete and perhaps someday Ill get in running.
In the meantime I want to sell the rims it came with and I also discovered that the seller had a set of boat tail fenders, so I bought those too. Mine has the square type. Is this the forum to advertise the wheels and fenders? Thanks for the help.

Put your ad in the place on Upper Left corner of this page. Someone will snap up those
wheels. Be sure to say where they are, and how good the tires are. Also, it sounds like
you have both fronts and rears? The more common ones were made by F&H. Electric Wheel also made
some. The correct fenders depend on the year of the tractor, which you can get from the serial
number on the side of the engine block just under the head. Lots of info on the internet.

Thanks for the reply. So, Is there a tab to click on? Under tractor parts? Unfortunately, I have scoured my little fordson and cant find a serial number on the block under the cylinder head. It has a WICO Magneto, American Bosch Governor and a Nims waterpump Pat pending June 1923. The Data plate on the Cast frame below the steering wheel shows Pat pending through the end of 1922. This lends me to believe its circa 23-24. I do have a complete set of wheels for rubber tires in great shape. Tires are shot. The boat tail fenders are in great shape too. Complete with the brackets and steps. Rusty but perfect.

Serial number should be stamped on the pad below the arrows. If not, it is
a factory replacement engine. The dealer was supposed to stamp the old number on it.

I am interested in the wheels you are selling off your Fordson tractor. Where are they located and asking price? Could you email photos ?

Hi there,
I am located in Yucaipa, Ca which is 70 miles east of Los Angeles in San Bernardino County. I would be happy to send more pics. Although, I think it would be easier by cell phone. I would like to get 900.00 for the rims to help me offset the cost of the Fordson I just bought. Feel free to call me 909-831-4249 Kent

Hello, I was curious if you are still
Interested in my wheels. I would love to see them go to a Fordson owner. Make me a fair offer and I they are yours. I dismounted the front tires already. Thanks. Or call me 909-831-4249. Would you consider 500.00?
