Dexta head studs

We're finally getting Luke's Dexta engine back together. Got the head back, and he's ready to torque it down, but... there seems to be an extra hole. There's a threaded hole in the block at the rear, and a hole above it in the head... but the hole in the head is considerably bigger, to the point I'd want to add a washer under the nut. I'll try to remember to add a picture when I get home. Its at the rear, inboard of the injector.
