Hi there and thankyou for the reply.
Yes, I found out it was fairly easy to get out..But...its really cracked.
I am not going to use the arms, so I will just plug the feed /return holes in the valve chest (front loader will still be used).
But I have a hunch I also better check the pressure-relief valve..
