My Sims pneumatic governor has a
dampening valve that is not exactly
straight right out of the factory. I
bought a new one and I was expecting
it to be laser beam straight so it
would move in and out of the bushing
on the adjusting screw. I called the
supply house where I bought the new
valve and told them it was bent,
since then I saw a picture of a new
one on the internet that appears to
show it assembled at a slight angle.
Does anyone know more about this
than I do?
