Dexta Cam Replacement

I got a call from a gentleman that has a Dexta Tractor with a 144 CI diesel engine. He told me while bush hogging he heard a clank noise and the engine quit. He had just had the engine rebuilt. When I looked at it, the starter would turn the engine over but there was no smoke from the exhaust and it sounded like it had no compression. Removed the valve cover and spun it over. No movement from rocker arms. Removed the timing gear cover and found that the bolts had come out to the cam gear. Holes in gear are wallered out and cam has lots of wear. Purchased new Cam and Gear and will be replacing this week. Does anyone know what the torque is for the bolts holding gear to cam?
