Major rear rims

Hi all, found 2 old rims from a Major and it seems the lug holes are oversize, with what seems to be washers put in place to take up the slack. I am missing most of these washers, is this something that is available, or do I need help from a machinist? Thanks for you replies.

There are tapered washers that fit inside the holes. I see in your picture one of the washers is there. Remove it and you will see how its made. Should be able to find them.

My FMD uses the same goofey washers. Several of them were missing so I turned a bevel on the lug nutz. U need a lathe for this or a friend who has one.
