We inherited Dads old Fordson. Best I can tell its a row crop. Its on rubber and the serial number is N-35326-E I will get a picture of it on here as soon as I figure out how to move it from my old phone to here. What year would it be and could it be a converted N?

If all the parts are from the original tractor, the indications are that it is a 1936-37 tractor. Built with add-on parts to a standard N. Came from the English factory as such.

It looks like it needs some work. If your number is the serial number on the engine, it was a factory rebuild in 1952. Original engine would start with 79*,***.

It's quite a novelty for Ford collectors. It had a hard time finding buyers in it's day.
If you can get it to a farm consignment auction, I think you could see bids at over $2,000 even if it doesn't run. Missing seat, not sure of magneto. The tires are so old, they could be the originals. That indicates that it sat for a long time without being used.

That number corresponds to nearly the last 1937 Model. Looks like it's all pretty genuine.
I noticed the seat assembly laying there in one of the pictures. Don't throw anything away
that possible belongs to the tractor. By the way, the 1938 models were painted "Prairie Gold", basically orange. They had a pipe sticking up for air intake, besides the exhaust pipe. The tractor model years started in the fall, just like new car models. See video

Thanks, And yes on the color. dad repai.yes over faded orange paint. Little brother almost had it running today. it has a water air filter? Thinking about filling the tires with foam. They look original.

There's been discussion that the color change to orange came before the end of the '37 models, so yours is confirmation of that.

If the tires still hold air, I'd leave them to the next owner to decide about foam. The fronts are newer tires.

Was wondering if you ever came up with a price on the row crop, i'am interest in the tractor. Please let me
know,thanks!
