I recently bought a 1959 Fordson Power Power I got the engine running good
Now I just need some help with the transmission
The problem I?m having it with 1st and 2nd gear high or low it grinds , it will drive and go in them gears but makes a grinding noise.
3 and reverse high or low works great

Sounds like you have bearing problems. It isn't an easy job to pull that transmission. You need some good mechanical skills, and a good repair manual. It has been 50+ years since I have R&Red one, so I won't even try to describe the process.

I agree with Skipper on his diagnosis but depending on what your skill is, the gearbox repair is not too bad if you take your time and be prepared for some heavy lifting and lots of oil as you have to drain the rear axle as well as the gearbox. We used to get a number of gearbox repairs due to people leaving on or using transmission hand brake to stop from road speed, (If fitted). We could get a gearbox out, serviced and back in, in about six hours. Now it would take me a week but I am approaching 80 years.

You really need the workshop manual which is available on e-bay on disc.

If you remove the selector plate where the clutch pivots, you can see inside and use a bar to check the bearings. You can also take the drain plug out and see what collection of bits you find in there.
