Hi first post ,I have a super dexta Diesel 1964 .was running and starting of the battery. after doing some work over the winter (king pins and steering) I have brought a new battery and leads .I have gone to fit them noticed the tractor is negative ground with a dynamo is this ok or normal ? not put the battery on yet . thanks Jack

Originally the tractor was positive ground but negative ground
is OK. Mine is negative ground too.

A dynamo will work either way providing you flash the field
terminal to the output terminal on the battery with a piece of
wire, for a couple of seconds. Always do that if you are fitting
a new dynamo.
