My neighbor has a 1952 Major with a three point hitch and would like to pull an eight foot pull-behind cultivator, but it needs a hydraulic cylinder. Is there a port on the three point control that can be used as a pressure outlet?

There is a plug on the side of the valve chest under your left leg. The oil flow from here works on the main control lever but the lift arms are in the same circuit. You will have to stop the lift arms from going right to the top and the Pressure Relief Valve blowing off. Simple way is to chain the arms so they cannot go up or down.
