does anyone know what the bore before sleeving for a 152 would be. i'm attempting to convert a 144 3.50 to 152 3.60.
i can't locate what the bore size should be for the interference fit of the sleeves

I may be incorrect about this, but I believe they just made the sleeve thinner which might cause slippage problems. I am converting my 144s to 152, but I am going to use slip fit flanged sleeves which will require counter boring the top of the block enough to allow for the flange lip. The reason I say this is that one of my dextas has the 3.6 inch id pressed in sleeve and I measured it. I did not record it,but the 3.5 inch sleeve is thicker. I doubt they bored out the original and the new flanged sleeves have the same od as the block.

Also two of the three sleeves are about 1/8 inch below the top of the block so I think they slipped. That is why I am going with flanged sleeves. That is if I don't pass away before I can have this done.

I am in uk and I have dexta which needs overhaul
and I am sure that new liners are pressed in then
bored out to size .... I will look at new workshop
manual I bought ready
