Will the head from a Super Major work on a Major?

In Theory yes but it depends on the year of the Major. Early Majors up to 1957 had staggered manifold ports whilst the Supers had inline ports so you may need manifolds. You could also find you may need a valve cover as the Major valve cover had two screws at the top whilst the Super had six screws around the gasket surface.

Majorman, My issue is this; I have a cracked head on my Major. I don't have another head, and haven't been able to find a good Major head, but I do have a Super head. I will try to round up a manifold and cover, but before I get too carried away, will the rocker arm assembly and injectors will work on a Super head?

Injectors will work OK. Being a bit vague on the rockers as there were a number of modifications over the years and it depends on what Major you have and what Super you have. I would doubt your rockers from an early Major would work on a Super head.
