New Performance Super Major water in transmission

When I got this tractor the transmission oil was milky. I drained it for a couple of days and refilled it with 303 tractor hydraulic fluid. It works fine but still has milky fluid. Before I change it again, I'd like to know where water could be getting in. The level hasn't changed since the change so I don't know whether it still had water or is getting it from another source. How can I drain ALL the nasty oil out so I can start fresh?

Usually it is condensation that causes it. Will be a swine to get out without taking the selector plate off and washing it out. Mix a little kerosene, about a gallon in 4 gallons of your gearbox oil and drive around for a short while, then drain and fill with new oil. (That is the Ford recommended method).
