No Hydraluics

Ford 2000 Super Dextra. Tractor hydraluics was working when i parked it and it set for about a year. Now there is no hydraulics. I have pulled the top cover drained the oil changed the pump with one that works and changed the hydraluic filter. Checked the back flow valve it is not stuck. Checked the pressure relief valve that came with pump it seems okay. Changed all the o-rings that i could find includind piston rubber o-ring. Put in new 85w-140w oil. still no hydraluics. What else could it be?

If you are talking about a Super Dexta there is a good chance it will not
work with the oil you have used. The oil should be 30W or Multiuse 20/30W.
The heavy oil will not go through the porting in the lift very easily.

The other problem may be a stuck unload valve. This is just under the main
control valve on the ram cylinder behind a plug. Draw the plug out using the
threaded hole in it, under no circumstances drive the plug out from the rear
as this will terminally damage the unload valve. Replace the "O" ring on the
valve with the genuine Ford part not a generic "O" ring or leave it off
altogether.

Thanks for the reply. Found stuck flow control valve. Had to use a tap to grab on to it and work it out using Rustbuster penetrate Going to tackle the unloader valve and try to see what's wrong there. thanks for your help. I will keep posting my results that i find.

Took off the top to the hydraluic piston and arms. Found the unloader valve. had to use a ss bolt 3/8-24 threads. I used ss because its harder metal. The control valve plug was really in there but it finally came loose. Removed the control valve and the O-ring that was on it.Placed the valve back in without the O-ring and oiled it real good. Worked the valve back and forth to clean out any rust that built up inside to smooth out the valve walls. Removed valve again and cleaned out inside wall with carb cleaner. Reinstalled valve after oiling it and put plug back in. Drove it back in with bolt and hammer making sure it went back in even with small taps. Adjusted all linkage according to specs in manual. Re installed top cover and reassembled all linkage to lift arms. Unit operates better now than when i purchased it 20 years ago. The 85W-140W lube works great no problems at all. Thanks goes out to everyone who helped to get her going again. The key to this was to properly adjust the control linkage inside. :D
