I was raising the hydraulics on my 59 fordson power major diesel. When the valve chest cover under my seat attached to the control lever blew off and doused me in a few gallons of oil. 3 bolts sheared off the valve chest and cracked the whole thing and the control lever assembly cracked as well. Im looking for the whole assembly if some one has it. Also what caused this?
I'm in Tacoma Washington

Might have one coming up, have the whole back end of a fordson what I think is a super major coming up as soon as we can move it, might not be for a week or so. Just across the pond on Vancouver Island

Awesome I can make that drive! If you could send some photos of the valve chest I'll compare the bolt holes with mine.

will get your email off you and send you some pics in a couple of days or so.- might have one on my iphone, I believe it looks the same as my 55.

(quoted from post at 00:09:59 04/23/17) Super Major has a totally different back end to a Fordson Major Diesel or Power Major. Hydraulics are
not compatible.
what year did they come out, I noticed this one has the disk brake setup but mine (55) has the drum one in question numbers under the injector pump are EIDDN8015 T2 on the other side it says something- 603C-S underneath that 3167
