1963 super major

i have a 63 super major that has a factory front loader on it and i think the main relief valve is sticking. where is the main relief valve for the loader? what is the press suppose to be? my tractor has the hyd pump on the front of the engine.

You do not say what brand the loader is? With that said, the relief valve in most of these older loaders with a front mount pump is usually in the valve body and are usually adjustable. It could also be that you have dirt under it holding it open, or the spring is broken. Dandy Dave!
