On all our Q cab Fords there is a bracket for a 7 pin trailer plug at the rear between the remotes. I want to add a round 7 pin plug for implement warning lights. I made an adapter bracket to fit the larger 7 pin round RV plug used on newer tractors.

Our 9700 is a C prefix serial number. The electrical schematic shows differences in this area. Looks like a connector for the rear harness was eliminated under the dash on the C prefix vs the A and B prefix numbers. If the C prefix SN was ordered with the 7 pin trailer plug was it wired in right away as part of the harness?

On the A and B prefix there is a rear harness plug that could be tapped into with a T harness. That would have made it pretty easy to tap into all the flasher signals.
