c148453 is a 1966 serial number.

Power assist steering was an option.
With the 8 speed transmission it could have transmission driven (non-live) PTO or live PTO which used a double clutch, one for the PTO and the other for the transmission. The PTO clutch engages when the clutch pedal is halfway up and the transmission engages when the pedal is let up the rest of the way.

There were a few other options, like a differential lock and single or dual remote hydraulic valves, and extra lighting of various kinds, and a ROPS.

310 looks to be a portion of the model number.

C148453 is the serial number.
