First time I saw lever like that. is a sherman lever or another kind of auxilary transmission ?

It's most certainly a handle for an auxiliary transmission, but I've never seen one quite like that. It doesn't match any of the Sherman's that I've seen. It's not a Hupp either. There were a number of other brands back in the day that were not as popular, and my guess is it is one of those, or else the original handle broke and someone made that one.
