Ford 850 with implements

Ford 850 with 9 implements ran when parked 7 years ago tractor needs alot of work tires aren't the best , might need clutch , a starter. Does run. Everything been out side. How much to offer?

I would total the value (to me) of each individual implement, then check tires & overall appearance of the tractor. A non-running tractor becomes a gamble depending on what all you can check before making an offer & your expertise in repairing. (Can you do a complete overhaul yourself or will you need it done in a shop?)
You also need to do some searching to see what like tractors are selling for in your area!

Estimate the weight of tractor and all implements. Offer scrap value less hauling. Unless the tractor is fixed, it has near zero value as the tires alone will cost near what the tractor should sell for. If there are implements you really want and have a tractor they would go with, raise the bid accordingly.

Do you want/need all 9 of the implements? If not, you're just getting them to haul somewhere and dump.

Non-running, poor tires, sitting 7 years would be about scrap value. If it does eventually run, there's $$$$$ of catch-up work involved.

Maybe $500 unless you need to move it a long way, then just pass.

Edit; is this the same one with clutch pedal down? That's a split job right there. Keep shopping unless it's almost free, and you need the implement(s).

Which of those implements do you need/want/would be nice to have?

If you sell most implements you can end up w/either a cheap tractor or a still expensive one. I recently bought 2 tractors for under $400 each. One is now a $3500 tractor w/only about $400 in repairs. The second has already cost me $1000 in parts plus a set of used tires & rims I had. It needs more parts yet, & will never be worth more than $2500. Fortunately it came w/a set of pie weights & a good Ford all hyd loader that I can sell.
For me it still depends on how much you can do & how much you enjoy doing it!

I will give you OnLine Auction prices, I have been watching and buying from online auctions for over 5 years.

1. York rake---------$$325 New $750
2. 6ft, 3pt.disk---- $1000+ new $2500+
3. 5ft rotary mower--$800+ to $1000 , I've seen rotary mowers bring as high as $1800.00 depending on brand (color)
4. 2 bottom plow-----$350+
5. 7ft back blade----$350+
6. Post hole digger- $500+
7. boom pole---------$150+
These are all conservative prices

I bought a Ford 851 with front blade and w/ rebuilt 172ci motor last spring for $800. New front tires and 80% rubber on back tires.
So offer accordingly for tractor and implements. there is at least $3000.00+ in equipment.

Hope this helps

About 4 years ago I had to sell my items, Local consignment auction. 6 ft rotary mower, both 6 & 7 ft rear blades, front blade, post hole digger and boom plow. Did not get $200 for all.

If you would have had an online auction list it, probably received a lot more. I've seen things go cheap at local auctions also. I have a friend that has a local auction and he has gone to on line listing. Got to change with the times.
I drove 600 miles 0ne way last summer to pickup tire for forklift and other items that we bought off an online auction. Couldn't find forklift tires locally.

By the way, I gave $650.00 for a rotary mower w/manual last summer and had to drive 230 miles one way to pick it up, I really think you got taken to cleaners.

If it was closer, I would, but I have spare motors. If ya have to replace the clutch, clutch kit isn't that expensive.
List the implements you don't want or need on Craig's List, or find an online auction to list them, larger buyers base.
