Hi,
My 1841 HD Industrial blew the short crowd cylinder hose, and having a hard time with a good replacement. The bad piece has a 180 degree turn metal tube crimped to a hose that connected to long metal tube in the boom. My idea is an ORB to JIC flare, a 90 degree M-F flare, and then a 90 degree flare on the end of the new hose to the long metal tube. A little mickey mouse. I cant use a long hyd hose and loop it around inside the crowd due to insufficient bend radius. Anyone know of a 180 degree bend M-F adaptor?

A real hydraulic shop could easily bend up a piece of pipe and put fittings on the ends. Find one of the shops that work on boom trucks

You've probably guessed my solution from my previous posting - new crimp collar
on the old 180 deg fitting. I replaced my crowd cylinder with a modern cylinder
so I no longer have that fitting but below is something similar on the boom
cylinder. The only problem is if you don't have your own crimper places balk at
doing this because of liability.
