Can anybody tell me what Clutch would have been in this Tractor when it left the Factory?
3600 Ford, S/N: C588209, Engine: BG10B,
Unit: 8J19B, Transmission: 8F14C

Depends on whether it has live or non-live PTO. The model number will tell us that. The numbers you posted just tell us when things were assembled, not what options it had.
 
CA263C is a 3600 with a gasoline engine with a horizontal exhaust, live PTO and an 8 speed transmission. Since it has live PTO, it has a double clutch, with one clutch disk for the transmission and the other for the PTO. You raise the clutch pedal halfway up to engage the PTO and then when you raise it the rest of the way the transmission engages. Here is a link to the parts drawing for that clutch:

They are usually replaced as complete rebuilt assemblies.
