My 65 leaking from weep hole hydraulic

I'm thinking about buying a mf65 with loader .the owner says leaking oil from weep hole under tractor .I'm thinking hydraulic.he knows nothing not muck knowledge about tractors .probly I will have to split tractor and fix seal?any other ideas .

Ours used to leak oil through the rear main seal on the engine out the weephole. Fixed that when it was split to replace the clutch.

Ok either engine seal or hydraulic .that will be easy to tell fill it up run it a while check oil .the owner is no help.hes asking 3000$ .I'm thinking 1000 to 1500$
