Wow.. how do you get on that beast. I'm so short that when I step off the curb, I bump my backside... Nice score!!!!
 
Cool beans, Sam! I like the OEM 6V setup with GEN, and I see the original PA (spin-out) rear rims too. Unusual rear tires. What size? They may be loaded with Ca Chl as rusted rims show signs. I'm not sure but the wide front may have been an option. I'd be more concerned with the mechanical and especially the electrical systems and worry about the paint shop at a later time. Just my opinion. Keep us updated with your progress.

They only started making that front bolster that accepts the wide front end in 1957, so having a wide front end on a hundred series is fairly rare.

I remember when tires like that were popular. Great for running a couple of miles down a paved road, then working in the field. The original ones on my 871 were Firestones with that pattern.
