I have a 1977 Ford 6600. Does this engine have cylinder sleeves. The pistons were froze stuck and I had someone work on it and they pulled the head and heated the block to unstick the pistons. The haed was re-worked and when they started the tractor up it pumped water into the oil. I have been told that they probably rolled the sleeve seal when the moved the pistons without the head on. Am looking for any GOOD advice on this. Thanks

In addition to Bern's comments... you'll probably find a pinhole in the block, either in a cylinder wall or into the base below a cylinder. These engine were well known for cavitation erosion of the blocks. They can be easily repaired with repair sleeves if it's in the wall and mabey/not if it's directly into the gallery....
First step at this point is to drop the pan and pressurize the cooling system and see where it's pushing from. Mabey you get lucky and it's a core plug somewhere. If it is, go buy a power ball ticket lol
