Ford 5000 Steering Cylinder

I have a Ford 5000 tractor and recently the pin worked free on one end of the steering cylinder, allowing the cylinder to push against the pully on the engine. This ultimately caused the metal fluid tube on the side of the cylinder to be crushed and with a jagged hole. Has anyone ever had this sort of issue and if so, were you able to locate the metal fluid line somewhere? So far I have been unsuccessful. This is all that is wrong with the cylinder. I did locate a pin replacement.

Thanks,
Troy

I wood find a hyd supply house and get steel tube and new ferrels and make it. I know bending will need tubing bender. It comes in 3ft lengths.
