Ford 3600 Identify

I know this pic isnt great but I need help identifying my tractor, THANK YOU!!!

On line looks like it says 6L1, which would be the Unit number, and means that it left the assembly line on November 1, 1976

The next line looks like it says C520314, whcih is a late 1976 serial number, so that agrees with the Unit number above.

Up above, in the rough part of the casting, looks like the model number, which I can't make out the last character, but the first 5 look like 3A112. The 3A1 at the beginning says that it is a 3600 general purpose ag chassis tractor. The next 1 means that it has a diesel engine, The 2 means that it has transmission driven (non-live) PTO. The last character that I cannot make out will be a letter designating which transmission it has . A=4 speed, B=6 speed and C=8 speed.

Hello Mark welcome to YT! Not sure if you intend to hang around here but I would suggest you look into changing your user name so it is not an email. I know that the YT admins frown on it. I believe they say there are bad guys with programs searching the net looking for email addresses. Because of this they somehow see an increase in hits on their firewalls or whatever. I would recommend you contact the admin by email.. support at yesterdaystractors.com. Of course the at is replaced with an ..at symbol.. and no spaces. I am not sure why they just do not make it so an ..at symbol.. is not allowed in a user name.

Because for some reason, it never occurred to me. That is an excellent idea. I'll disallow the @ sign.
