My New Holland 912 speedrower has a Ford 256 diesel engine it and when I bought it the number 3 rod had broke out the side of block anyway we fixed it had the crank turned new parts put in it but didn't replace the oil pump never seemed to have great oil pressure but after a over a hundred hours it lost oil pressure killed it before it slung a rod and number 2 rod this time had the worse bearings and it wasn't going to last much longer fixing to pull it and take crankshaft out and have it turned again but what should I look for and this time I will replace the oil pump it is free to turn and the gears and shaft that drive it are good any advice will be appreciated
