Ford Powermaster 841 Steering Leak

The power steering on my 841 has never worked. I finally got around to removing the covers to take a look. I have fluid that continually flows out of this little valve. This seems like it might end up being rather involved and possibly expensive so I thought I would get some advice before digging in any further.

That is a vent for the lower steering box.
Your lower seal #27 is leaking. This allows
the pressurized oil in the upper half of
the column to push into the lower half.
You will also want to replace the upper
seal #44 while you are in there.
Get your manual out and read the section on
the PS system to familiarize yourself
before you start.
Nothing about it is too complicated but
there is a strict procedure for tightening
the nut #43 against the warpy spring washer
then 'staking' the nut.
New holland dealer will sell those seals
and also the two orings #32 for not too
much $.
Holler if you get into trouble. We can
help.

Thanks for the help!

Looks like a couple of the little valve springs ("centering springs") in the control valve are broken. Any ideas where to find replacements?
