Ford 3000 Lift Problems

Hey Team - Here's what I got. I have a 1972 Ford 3000 with a front end loader. This is a recent purchase and when I got it, I noticed the three point lift would raise. But it was slow and jittery.

So two weeks ago I change the hydraulic fluid and it seemed to work some better. Less jittery, but still slow. However, after mowing for a few hours it wouldn't lift at all.

Just today I bled the system through the remote control valve's service port. Fluid did have some air, but it did clear up.

Now here's what I'm seeing. Without a load the the lift will raise slowly and intermittently. It raises a few inches then pause for a moment and rises a few more. It will rise all the way up. With my finish mower on it will only raise about 6 inches. I did notice when bleeding the system, the fluid in the tube with surge then pause. Also, it won't lift at all in draft control.

Any help is great appreciated.
