Ford 575D TLB Fan Shroud

I have a 1994 Ford 575D TLB. Doing some work on the cooling system and need a replacement fan shroud. The original part is E7NN8146EB for a 17-1/2" diameter fan. The part is discontinued and I cannot find an aftermarket replacement.

I'm wondering if there is a shroud available for any AG tractors with the Ford 4cyl diesel engine that might use the same shroud? Or a shroud I could use with slight modification? The nearest NH dealership was zero help. "Nope, not available sorry"...

Id suggest you hammer it out as best you can and touch it up with a TIG if it's cracked. Availability doesn't look good... Try
salvage for something used. Tractors show a different rad, so I suspect there's something different in the width or height and the
shroud likely wouldn't fit if they're even available.

The parts lookup site shows that part number has been superseded by part number 83963721, but that part number also appears to be no longer available. You could try calling around to salvage yards. The parts site also says that the newer part number fits the models listed below so you have a larger range of models to shoot for at a salvage yard:

455 - 3 CYL TRACTOR LOADER BACKHOE (07/87 - 11/88)
455C - 3 CYL TRACTOR LOADER BACKHOE (12/88 - 08/93)
455D - 3 CYL TRACTOR LOADER BACKHOE (09/92 - 09/96)
555C - 4 CYL TRACTOR LOADER BACKHOE (11/88 - 08/93)
555D - 4 CYL TRACTOR LOADER BACKHOE (09/93 - 07/96)
575D - 4 CYL TRACTOR LOADER BACKHOE (09/93 - 07/96)
655C - 4 CYL TRACTOR LOADER BACKHOE (11/88 - 08/93)
655D - 4 CYL TRACTOR LOADER BACKHOE (09/93 - 07/96)
675D - 4 CYL TRACTOR LOADER BACKHOE (11/88 - 07/96)

There is about 3/4 of the shroud left. It looks like it might be too difficult to make one out of sheet metal. However, I might be able to measure it and design up a shroud in 3D CAD and have it 3D printed. However, not sure how durable that part would be, and could be cost prohibative to get a 3D print of that size.

Check with a body shop, boat builder, or an industrial shop that does fiber glass work. They may be able to repair yours.

The shroud is not fiberglass. It's some kind of pliable plastic.

Those places deal with such type materials, not just fiberglass, so they may still have methods to repair yours. Its just a thought to check out if you can't find one.
