Ford 3000 Hydraulic Control Issue

Loader works fine but Need to pull forward lever under seat and hold to operate it. Is there a way to lock this valve in place so I don't have to hold diverter? valve open with other hand while trying to operate loader?

If you have separate loader controls,,, and your question acts like you do......add a power beyond block and reroute your hydraulics to it, to get off of the remote. hv4902?? if my memory serves me correctly??

Yes, HV4902 is a simple plate with power and return ports. HV5902 is the one with the third port for Power Beyond. They sell them with all of the needed o-rings as a kit here at yesterdays Tractors:

I use one of the power beyond blocks for my loader and it works fine. If the loader is removed I have to loop the lines so the fluid circulates back without the loader installed in order for my 3 point to work.
 
Thanks to all. Looks like a reasonable fix. If 3 pt. is locked out thats ok, I may use it for ballast box but that would be it.
 
I've ordered the HV4902 power beyond block. I've decided I can get by with another tractor if I need a three point
My concern is I'm not a hydraulic technician and I'm a bit nervous about getting this installed without making a complete mess of things. But I need to get this problem straightened out. Says there are directions included, will they walk me through this install? I am the patient, persistent type so not in a rush, but any advice to help, and boost my confidence greatly appreciated.
