question on flywheel bolts

I'm putting back together a Ford 600 and when I put the flywheel to the crank and try to bolt it up, some of the lock washers are smashing and cracking.

First off, I noticed that some of the bolts are grade 8 and some are not so I guess that this has been worked on before.

What grade bolt is recommended here and also what are the correct washers. It's a 7/16 find thread, so that will work but I'm thinking maybe buy new bolts and should I go with flat washers? At this point, I may pull the four out that I did get in place (75-85 ft lb torque).

I don't see them for sale on the clutch portion of the website shop page. Maybe under engine?

Please advise....hope that i didn't over-torque anything as the washers cracked as I'm questioning too how well my torque wrench works.

thanks in advance, moday

Note that often times flywheels use a self locking type bolt. Not sure if this applies to your setup, but you may want to consider this.
