My wife nephew went to look at ,it does run but that is about it , said he is open to offers . He want to offer him $3500 , still a little high if you ask me.

It would be a gamble at 2000 for me. "think it's a stuck valve" could be a lot worse.

I agree, based on the front and rear axles and the cast nosecone, it's a 3550. If the engine starts but is still questionable I probably wouldn't go much higher than $2000.00. If it was running good it would go for $4500 to $5000 around here.

Stuck valve comment is on the 3 pt not working... but I think the price is very very close. with the 3 pt working, it would be a $7500 tractor down here. I see either a 4500 or 3550. and with only the 3pt not working, it would suggest that everything else IS working... you may read it different... so yes $6500 would get you a working loader 4500 tractor with..... a pto and 3pt. so either a pump or an unload valve and the 3 pt will work... probably a good priming of the pump would fix the 3 pt.

6 spd trans will hurt the value around here. Front bearing in that trans is a weak link and is no longer manufactured, no replacements available. There is a workaround, mine is still holding... we will see. With either other trans, that tractor is bulletproof.
