1966 Ford 3000 diesel- Need oil bath air cleaner clamp

The clamp that holds the oil cup and base together fell off while I was using the tractor. Gone forever. I am having a difficult time finding this part. It is larger than the older (pre-65) version and appears to be 'no longer serviced'. Does anyone know where I can find the right clamp or a substitute that works? It needs to be at least 7" in diameter.

If not, how much time and $ is involved in switching to a paper filter system?

It looks like you can get a whole new oil
bath unit on Amazon for $60

Thanks - I see it there. I would prefer to just replace the clamp, but at least now I have an option.
