I have been looking in all kinds of databases with model/serial numbers and cant find anything on my tractor.

Model number: C1023C
Unit number: 9F09B
Tractor number: 0242349

The tractor number is the serial number, which should start with the letter A, B or C followed by a 6 digit number, so the tractor number on your sticker, which you read as 0242349, is probably C242349, which you probably would have been able to figure out is a 12969 serial number if you had realized that.
