Hydraulic Suction Line Replacement

I've seen the information on using a 7/16 tap to thread and pull the smaller pressure line. What size tap is needed for the larger suction
line. Are there any other methods for removing the suction line on a 800 Ford?

You would need to know the line size for the tap. I have no idea. The alternative is a rear split and drive it out as Ford suggested.

The more common procedure is to sleeve a smaller tube inside the original. You would need to be running something fairly large to notice the difference in volume.
