Ford 7000 power steering pump issue

I recently rebuilt the power steering pump on my ford 7000, it worked just fine before but leaked. It worked like single finger steering. I only replaced the o rings and did not get into replacing parts. So far I have driven it a mile or two and the steering at best is one arm steering (with a little effort) otherwise it doesnt leak and I tested it with a drill before I re installed it to see if it pumped fluid and it did. The seal kit I got was on this website and the item number is 187034

If you had easy steering before the seal kit, and now it steers hard, obviously something went south with your project. Might wish to take it back apart and see what went wrong. I know it's easy to flip the bearing blocks backwards on those pumps.

is ther certain marks on the bearing blocks that I should look at? when i reinstalled them i made sure they fit in good and didnt force them to fit.
