A 1000 and 2000 are completely different tractors, and there were two different 2000 series tractors, so you need to know what exactly the tires came from, and whether they come with wheels or not, plus what size they are, as all of them could have had multiple tire sizes. Also, you don't say whether they are front or rear tires so I assume you are asking about rears.

The NAA most likely came with 9"x28" rear rims, which would have had 10x28 tires mounted on them, which are now called 11.2-28.

The 1000 was a compact tractor made by Shibaura in Japan for Ford. It had 24" rims so tires from a 1000 probably won't fit, as I don't think they used the same lug hole pattern as the NAA.

I think the standard size rear wheel for the 4 cylinder 2000 was 28" as well, but I think they were slightly wider, but they could probably be made to fit on NAA rims. Same goes for the 3 cylinder 2000. But both the 3 and 4 cylinder 2000s had a number of different size wheel and tire options, so if the tires are a different size and do not come with their own wheels, then they won't fit on the NAA rims. If they came from a 3 or 4 cylinder 2000 and they come with wheels, then the bolt pattern should be the same as the NAA and whatever size they are, the wheels should fit.

The 1000 series rims are different from your NAA, won't fit.
