3 point position control

New Day, new problems. Ford 3000. In draft control, tractor did great. Put on Bush hog and moved to position control. Tractor will raise mower up all the way with no hesitation. Letting it down into mowing position, it will only go all the way down. No in between, unless you work it just perfectly and even then, it wont stay. Fluids were changed recently. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated

Air in the system possibility, probably.......work both controls up and down a couple dozen times. No reason for functionality to develop a malfunction with a fluid change if they were working satisfactorily before. Might check your fluid level again....hole in the right side of the main housing about half way up at your heel ....1/8 pipe plug, square head.

The draft control position worked while plowing, then switched it to position control for the bush hog, then the problem started
