841 PM rewiring help

Hi,
I have an 841 that I am trying to rewire. It was such a mess with tangled, broken missing wires I can't seem to get it right. So

I have a 12 v coil 3 wire alternator and a starter selinoid. I think I about have it but I removed the voltage regulator and now I'm not sure how to hook the wires up. I can switch to a single wire alternator but I still don't know what this box thing is. I want to remove the voltage regulator.

There is a frame there is it that simple to just attach the wires? Or is there some sort of junction box?

I know this isn't clear. Sorry. Maybe pictures will help.
I can't figure it out.

It should be located about half way down the steering column. There is a flange spot welded on where it would screw on. Just about any junction block will do, if you can adapt the mounting holes. We made the junction blocks for all of our hundred series tractors out of fiberglass and stainless 10-32 studs.

You should have another problem with that diagram, as the solenoid on X01 tractors should have 4 terminals.
