Injector pump leak

Ford 6600 injector pump is hooked up. When bleeding injectors I
noticed fuel dripping out of the body where the stud for the 90
degree elbow is screwed in. If you look at the picture I attached
l, Im pointing at the spot with a screw driver. Freshly rebuilt
pumpis this something I can fix?

Tighten the banjo bolt a bit more. The CAV DPA washers best with bolt seated, then 1/2 turn more as they will crush slightly like copper washers do. I'll bet the bolt is not tight enough. If it still leaks, there's a chance the hydraulic head port is chipped away right where the washer needs to seal, best way to fix that is use the Stanadyne copper washer 11354 at the chipped port as it's slightly larger to save replacing the hydraulic head.

What brand fuel filter? If NAPA/WIX make sure there's no extra O ring placed in the filter top outer groove, that's the fuel inlet passage on that style filter and must not be blocked. Lots of service calls made to correct that mistake.

(quoted from post at 22:40:14 04/05/22) Would you say the napa style are an inferior filter? Seems to be a lot less flow into the filters?

A fuel injection system needs high pressure, but relatively low flow, so I do not think that the NAPA/WIX style filter causes any issues as long as you don't block that outer opening with an o-ring. Remember, once the fuel gets down past that opening, the filter element is exposed to the fuel around the entire circumference for the full height of the filter, where the CAV style pictured only allows the fuel to contact the filter at each of those small holes, so I think that style would be more likely to clog more quickly at the small holes and need to be changed more often.

(quoted from post at 20:55:42 04/08/22) This was the wix style I had in the tractor. What do you make of
that?

If that style filter caused fuel delivery problems then they wouldn't still be selling them. As has been said, sometimes folks mistakenly install o-rings that block the openings in the outer circumference.

(quoted from post at 10:54:21 04/09/22) Also, why do all the fuel filters come with 3 large gaskets??

Because they can be used in many different applications with many different filter housings, and rather than stocking several different part numbers for specific applications, they include all of the various o-rings and/or gaskets for a number of different applications and they only have to stock one part number. The bean counters figured out a long time ago that it's cheaper for them that way.

There actually one large rubber seal and two smaller ones
The larger one goes up in a grove in the filter housing
A smaller seal goes inside the bottom cup and on setups with the clear sediment bowl the 3rd seal goes between the sediment bowl and the filter
